We love events and can’t wait to plan yours!
We are led by Owner and Executive Event Planner Jaime Engebretson. Those who know Jaime best know she’ll take any opportunity to plan a party! She’s a typical oldest child who enjoys organizing and getting things done. Her personal life reflects the passion she has for event planning. She’s constantly flipping through magazines and scrolling through Pinterest to find new ideas for how to take events to the next level. And she’s fortunate to have a loving husband who encourages her enthusiasm for creating and organizing.
What started as an eagerness to plan baby and bridal showers for family and friends, and a talent for day-of wedding coordination, grew into a passion Jaime couldn’t ignore. It gave her the push to start her own event planning business after 15 years in the corporate world where she honed her project and time management skills. Her natural knack for planning, coupled with a Masters in Project Management and a certification from the New York Institute of Arts for Event Planning, make her equipped to plan any event you can dream of.

When Jaime is not coordinating events, she can be found at home with her husband and their three lovely boys. As a family, they enjoy reading, playing with Legos, or doing some sort of science experiment. Jaime also enjoys cooking, baking, and entertaining guests at her home in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Jaime was incredibly helpful both building up to and on the day of our wedding. She is extremely organized, thoughtful, and provides guidance when needed. One of the things we enjoyed most about Jaime was her attention to detail, and keeping us on track with reminders.
