She is everything you could want in a wedding planner, plus some! She helped my husband and I put together the most wonderful wedding day. Her organization and attention to detail were exactly what I wanted (and needed) being super organized myself. She is very direct and to the point, which I appreciated when she helped us with some vendor issues (and she got the vendors straightened out in no time)! Her timelines are fabulous. With her behind-the-scenes help day of, our wedding day was flawless and we were able to enjoy every minute of it!

Unlimited support starting 4 months before wedding date via email or phone for questions and guidance
Planning checklist provided with monthly check-in on progress of items
Budget spreadsheet with averages by category to use as baseline and room to track your personal expenses to stay on track

Design consultation meeting to discuss color palette and design elements for the day
Pre-planning meeting to discuss vendor expectations and begin drafting day of timeline
Final meeting 2-4 weeks before wedding date to discuss details and confirm day of timing for all vendors and time management for the day
Venue walkthrough
Distribution of finalized timeline to vendors the week prior to the wedding and confirmations on timing and logistics
Two hours for rehearsal coordination and instruction
10 hours on the day of coordination (Executive Event Planner)
Vendor coordination
Point person for day of logistics and timing
Setup of personal display pieces (place cards, guest book table, photos, etc.)
Time management for couple, family, wedding party and vendors
Handle any wedding day emergencies that may arise
